"Dustan came out right away to fix an algae bloom that had taken over the pool, and gave me a very fair monthly price to continue pool service weekly. Sends pics and status with each visit, and communicates thoroughly. One less thing I need to worry about while away from my house." - Bernadette C.

Seminole Pricing
Weekly service in Seminole starts at $150 a month for homes and $160 a month for Airbnb, with all chemicals and a monthly filter clean / backwash included. Pools Around Lake Seminole Park
Homes near Lake Seminole Park get extra leaves, pollen and bugs blowing into the water, especially when a screen panel is damaged. Weekly skimming, basket emptying and brushing keep that debris from turning into algae.
Close to Seminole City Center and Our Largo Base
Seminole borders Largo, where we are based. Homes near Seminole City Center and Boca Ciega Millennium Park are a short drive from us. Our Seminole route runs on Thursdays, starting at 8am.
Seminole Water and Pool Chemistry
Homes in the City of Seminole get their drinking water from Pinellas County Utilities. Pinellas County Utilities disinfects with chloramine and switches to free chlorine once or twice a year for system maintenance. Topping off with fill water can shift your readings, so we test and balance every week with all chemicals included.

Why Seminole Pools Need Weekly Care
Heavy summer rain dilutes sanitizer and hot sunny days push algae growth. A pool can look clear while pH or chlorine is out of range. Weekly testing and balancing protects the pool surface and equipment and keeps the water comfortable.

We are family-owned and owner-operated, so you get a consistent local technician and clear communication. We document every visit with photos and readings and explain anything that needs attention. All chemicals and a monthly filter clean / backwash are included.
