Airbnb & Vacation Rental Pool Service in Pinellas County

Real reviews from Largo and Pinellas pool owners. Read our customer reviews or see us on Google.

"Dustan came out right away to fix an algae bloom that had taken over the pool, and gave me a very fair monthly price to continue pool service weekly. Sends pics and status with each visit, and communicates thoroughly. One less thing I need to worry about while away from my house." - Bernadette C.

Weekly Airbnb pool service from $160 a month

Airbnb and short-term rental pools start at $160 a month, with all chemicals and a monthly filter clean / backwash included. Rental pools often have heavy swimmer use. More swimmers means more sunscreen, sweat and lotion in the water. That raises sanitizer demand and throws off pH faster. Larger pools, heavy trees and shrubs, or heavy guest use can raise the price. We confirm your monthly price before service starts, so there are no surprises.

What every weekly pool cleaning visit includes

Skim the surface and net debris

Vacuum the floor and steps

Brush the walls, steps and waterline tile

Empty the skimmer and pump baskets

Test the water (pH, sanitizer, alkalinity, stabilizer and more)

Add and balance chemicals. All chemicals are included.

Visual check of the pool equipment

Monthly filter clean / backwash

An email report with photos, chemical readings, equipment notes and a checklist

Photo reports for owners who are not on site

Most rental owners are not at the property every week. After every visit you get an email report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings, the chemicals we added, and a checklist of the work done. You can see your pool is clean without driving over. Property managers get the same clear record.

Pool turned green between bookings?

We also do green-to-clean recovery. We treat the algae, balance the water and clean the surfaces until the pool is clear. Then weekly service keeps it that way. Many pools clear in about 3 to 7 days, depending on how bad the algae is.
